Clement Su is the Managing Director of AZeta Property Management Pty Ltd. He is very passionate about the property and real estate industry. He always maintains a high level of efficiency and dedication to customer service. After graduating with a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics, Clement has worked in the real estate industry since 2010. With more than 8 years of professional experience, he has carved a reputable name in the real estate industry. Returning clients are built by their trust in him for being a responsible and diligent agent. Clement's experience started with a portfolio of 20 and has grown to 2000 and counting. As a licensed real estate agent, Clement prides himself on being well informed of the ever-changing legislation. He believes in values, integrity, honesty and transparency when performing his duties.


Originally from Malaysia, Clement is well-versed in a few languages namely English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia-Indonesia. Great communication skills have allowed Clement to excel in the culturally diverse cosmopolitan Melbourne City.

Ada has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Starting as an administration and property manager assistance role in one of the major student accommodation providers in Australia, Ada worked her way up to property manager and now is a senior property manager.


With experience from both the student accommodation sector and mainstream real estate, Ada has had experience dealing with local clients as well as clients with international backgrounds. Ada completed the agent representative course with REIV Australia. Ada is able to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.


Ada understands how important it is to look after investment properties for all the owners. Her aim is to provide all the owners with exceptional service, develop their understanding of investment property and build up client investment portfolios.

Jane has joined our team as a sales team support and now become Office Coordinator. She is experienced within office administration field and has strong attention to detail. Jane performs a variety of office related tasks including but not limited to: general reception duties, office coordination, assistance to Property Management Department & Sales Department, data entry, lease processing, pre-sign up & post-sign up lease preparation, trades and invoices processing, website management, social media management, graphic design, general IT, advertising and marketing.


Jane is a well organised person, her enthusiastic & self-motivated possessing a results-oriented attitude. She is also a methodical individual, good at time management & collaboration, and gives the greatest priority to customer service.


Jane believes that success is the progressive realisation of predetermined, worthwhile, and the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.


Jane speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is capable of translating English documents to Chinese version.
